Green Listings is Cox's environmentally friendly way to provide nationwide residential and business
directory listing information to the general public.
Where does Green Listings get its information?
Green Listings publishes Cox Digital Telephone customer listing information as well as non-Cox
residential and business listing information licensed from an unaffiliated third-party data
supplier.
Does Cox sell its directory information to third parties for marketing
purposes?
No, Cox does not sell customer data for marketing purposes. In addition, Cox strictly limits the use
of our directory listing information by phone book publishers and 411/DA providers.
How can I edit my residential listing?
Contact your local telephone provider to update your listing. When your provider submits a change
request, your listing will be updated on the Green Listings website. If you are a Cox Digital
Telephone customer, please contact Cox at 800-234-3993 to make any changes to your listing. Changes

How can I edit my business listing?
Contact your local telephone provider to update your listing. When your provider submits a change
request, your listing will be updated on the Green Listings website.
How can I remove my listing?
Contact your local telephone provider to update your listing to a Non-Published listing (an
additional fee may apply). When your provider submits a change request, your listing will be updated
on the Green Listings website.
